I would recommend Loss Mitigation Services if you need to get your loan modified. There were very professional and took very good care of me though the process. My interest rate was going to be adjusting and I had no equity in my home. I had no chance of re-financing. I am very happy with the modificaiton they got me. There were able to get my payment lowered by $1135 per month which is going to help out a lot. They also got my interest rate lowered from 10% down to almost 6% and helped me get out from under the horrible adjustable loan I was stuck in. I am very happy with the results and level of service I was given. Thank You LMS.
