Marr Realty is not the right Realtor to go to in twenty nine palms. As mostly military families, we need assistance, compliance, and honesty! Marr, at first seems like a good place to go when looking for a house or apartment, but after you sign on the dotted line, they are uncaring and money-hungry.
They are suppose to give you a 3 day period after you move from a property to clean in more thoroughly if they feel you did not do a good job, but they did not call me or my husband and they charged us 175 dollars to clean the carpet and "touch up the refrigerator and oven." They claimed to have tried to call us ONCE! but did not leave a message or try again.
the house was out of our possession on August 15th, so the 3 day period should have started whenever they called to tell us, but instead on the 16th (THE VERY NEXT DAY!) they went in and hired people to clean and BILLED US!
they are conniving.
