This company is really not what they advertised themselves to be at all. First of all they have you talking to people in foriegn countries who do not understand English well and the communication is very bad and the house is important to have accurate info. Then I have a problem with the company taking $1000 from me a State worker where the Govornor is already taxing my check heavily and I am not getting anywhere. They offered me what they wanted and did not listen to what I am trying to achieve through this modification. I am tired of rip off artist taking from the people every where you turn and something should be done about it and investigate how this company is operating. That is my experience and I will not use them ever again and I am attempting to request my money back and move elsewhere.
