have been trying to get refund since july 25 2008. items recieved were not the items ordered. keep getting passed from department to department. shady dealings. always told "the refund has been ordered or issued" but to date (11/10) no refund has been posted to my account. difficult to get in touch with company left messages, sent emails weekly from july 25 to sept 4 when i finally got a person. employees rude. never able to speak with a manager or accounting. "not allowed to have customer contact accounting department" have issued complaint to BBB today. waiting to see what happens now. the only good thing is their prices.
