I have retained this co. for a loan mod and to date they have done everything they said they would! I haven't received a full mod yet but i am sure it will get completed. Everyone I have spoken with there has been professional & truthful with me as i have received letters from the bank to confirm.
My account rep has always answered my calls and returned my e-mails.
Will follow up with final results !!
