I have been a loyal customer for the last 4 months and liked the products from this company. I order more products and paid over 143 dollar for products. And the products were reported as shipped my home however, I did not received my products. I put a complain with the company and Customer services informed me that I could pay again even after customer service admitted that the post office may have send the product to the wrong place. Then after I followed up with NaturalyPure company again they ignored my complain. Consumers be warned that this company have bad customer service. I am out over 143 dollars and I did not get my products. So for customer service I rate this company one star. I am not happy with this company's customer service. You would think that a company would insure their products and they would aim to make it right with there loyal customer.
