Hello there!
My husband and I just arrived from England last night at 11PM, so now I have just read your lovely message. It seems that while we were gone the person who house-sat for us decided to try solve the directors chair problem. He did indeed pry it open. My husband thinks the chair is a bit off-kilter on one side and that is part of the problem. I can see what he means, but it probably wouldn't have bothered me as much as it does him
So if you have already sent the replacement chair, we will gladly send the other one back to you. I just hope this hasn't been a big fuss over nothing, and I have to say that your company has been so lovely to deal with that I wish I could buy dozens more of your beautiful chairs!
I was so impressed to find your email waiting for me... Not many companies have this level of efficient and friendly customer service. I have already told my sister to take a look at all of your products and told her what a great company you are.
