i was vary happy with Netflix the rate i agreed to was great the movie selection was so-so but then they almost doubled my rate and charged my debit card without my knowledge any company that would charge my card an unapproved amount is a company that will NOT have my business. if they were going to raise their rates they could have had the consideration to give there customers a phone call (even if it was pre recorded) just to let people know their new prices and what new options you have as a customer just going ahead and assuming people are okay with the price hike is a shoddy practice
