I'm sorry to have to do this as overall i really like Netflix; however the true test of a company is how they respond when you have a problem. And how is a company to respond when they make it impossible to reach them. Most of my Netflix usage is streaming on Xbox live. For two days in a row i received an error message saying i was unable to access - the first time i was like oh well, this kind of stuff happens, but the second day i tried to contact them to resolve the issue.
The suggested webpage netflix/tvhelp did not work (mind you netflix.com worked just find, just not /tvhelp or /help). In addition, the 800# i found online (not on their webpage of course) gave me a default message saying they had higher than normal call volume - no option to wait, just hung up on me.
So now i'm sitting here wondering what is wrong, considering that the error message will not go away and i can't reach anyone at the company. As much as i hate cable companies such as Verizon and Comcast, at least when i have a problem i can eventually get in touch with someone to resolve. This is absolutely infuriating.
