The sales people and management as far as I can tell are very dishonest - willing to tell lies right to your face. I was in this dealership very recently and was quoted price + interest + term + down payment and payment. I could not do the math in my head but the payment looked suspiciously high, so I asked the sales rep if he was trying something funny with the payment. I asked for a calculator so I could confirm my suspicion and he said "we have no calculators". I asked to use a computer excel and he said "I don't know any of the passwords to open the computers" so I took the quote he provided and walked right out - I then calculated the correct payment at my office and just as I had suspected it was way high (26% high to be exact), just a total lie. I know you probably pay a little more at "Newport" Lexus than other "Name the City" Lexus but I figured you at lease got good treatment which in my opinion would justify a slight premium. I believe it is one thing to charge a customer whatever they can get for a car, but to quote a price and loan terms and then create a "fake" payment, for illegal gain or as a negotiating ploy is wrong and fraud! I have the paperwork to prove this, I sent it to the sales staff along with my complaint and cc'd the owner of the dealership and got no response. I recommend you stay away from this dealership or at the very least never trust a word they say. On the positive - the facility is very nice and at least you can get a good coffee while they swindle you.
