Always a runaround and full of excuses from Trust Equity the actual holder of the account. Just try to change your address and phone number when your retire. GOOD LUCK
I stopped buying gold and silver from Noble Gold and have found it's easy with other vendors to use cash or wired money and the secured storage to be only a storage fee, why all of the delays for real LEGAL documents and drama? I've had my account for over a year with still NO REAL LEGAL DOCUMENTS, both Noble Gold and Equity Trust just act stupid and pretend they have no idea of what your speaking about. Maybe not so comical when I've discussed with other "customers" who've been victimized by these "usual suspects". I smell a vey successful class action lawsuit and with significant political damage to "talk" show hosts.
