Ocean Pacific Capital has been around since the late 70's I believe and recently provided us with a timely joint venture for our stalled oil & gas project at a time when oil prices were very low and no banks were funding anything related to oil. I would definitely recommend them if you are in need of an oil drilling joint venture or joint acquisition of production.
