This company previously known as Citifinancial falls short with service. They will continually harass you at work. After reposessing my car in the dead of the night, the previous day after contacting them, they could not locate my vehicle, which resulted in extra day storage fees. It will be disputed to determine whether I was over 30 days late with my payment, causing the reopsession.
