The sales staff is friendly and helpful. The signing process is easy and painless. However, two weeks into owning your new car Ronnie the finance guy may ask you to return the car because the financing HE APPROVED and signed was not actually approved. Once demanding you bring the car back they will try to sell you on a less desirable car. at this point you will receive the worst customer service you can imagine. Ronnie is rude, short, and acts as if he already has your business and you have no where else to go. I feel terrible that they have my hard earned money. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else regardless of an appealing price. The finance people at Orange Coast are slimey, dishonest, and flat out rude once you have signed papers and left the lot.
