Paula M Avenaim does it again! As a buyer, I had specific constraints of what I was looking for. Paula brought together an off market deal where both the Seller and I (Buyer) were happy. A very tough feat to accomplish. I'll be doing more deals with Paula M Avenaim / Coldwell Banker Realty.
