This place is an absolute RIP-OFF. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICES, not matter how desperate you are to find a place. Now I'm being told I do not have right to a refund because I did not turn in "24 updates to recieve a refund or had come in and sign our update form twice a week". I found my rental property on my own within 4 days of signing their contract. I signed my lease and called PC immediately to let them know, and all the receptionist told me was that I needed to wait until my contract expired to get a refund. So I had to wait 3 months. Within the first two weeks of the contract, I faxed them my refund form and my lease agreement signed, and still I had to wait the 90 days until my contract expired to get a refund. So I asked the receptionist what I had to do until then, and she said just wait until then. Neve did she say I had to be coming in twice a week for something, and even then it didn't apply to me because I was already in a place. THIS RENTAL SERVICE WILL FIND ANY WAY TO NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY. DON'T USE THEM. If there was a choice for NO STARS, that's what I would rate this place. Thank you for reading.
