This company was hired to do a bathroom shower, nothing else. During the process, I had many problems, no one was checking the work done, the shower shelf was crooked, the pole for the shower head, crooked. No one was watching the workers. I came home one time and they were coming in from my garage and using my tools. I was told several times that the electric in the ceiling would not pass inspection, and that more money was needed, although nothing was changed in the electric portion. I called the city to check for a permit, and to talk to the inspector, was told no permit had been obtained. I was also told that the contractor did not have a business license in Upland. I asked the lead on the job about this and he said they went down to get one and was told they didnt need one. This was a lie. At one point when I came in I asked about the insulation in the ceiling, was told it was there. I went and bought some at this point and made them take the ceiling down and reinstall the insulation. This was not to be provided by me but it was obvious at this point I was not dealing with professional people. This was a horrible experience and I am only happy that it ended. I would never hire this company again.
