I had the worst experience ever with Radnet Management Inc.!
They charged me a patient portion fee for the service that I received on January 22, 2007 even though I told them that my insurance will covered this service 100%.
The Site Manager from Camarillo Imagining Center, CA (Radnet Management Inc.), Rosie M. Castenada, told me to send her the Explanation of Benefits from my insurance and if the service is covered they will return my money back.
I did sent her the proof for my complete coverage immediate after receiving the statement from my insurance.
It's been more than 8 months from then, and I still didn't receive any money back!
I contacted Ms. Rosie Castenada several times but she is still lying to me saying that they already sent me the check with my payment, which is not true!!!! , trying to postpone me, and hoping that maybe I will give up!
I will not recommend this Imagining center to anybody!!!, I was treated unprofessionally and with lack of respect!!!
Radnet Management Inc. superior management has been contacted by phone without any resolution!
Our Credit Card Billing Dispute Department has been officially notified for a Billing Dispute & reverse charge; consumers should be aware of the abusive & predatory practices of the Camarillo Imagining Center, CA (Radnet Management Inc.)!
