I do not know how this company is still in business nor do I understand how they are obtaining new clients. In my experience they do not follow up on anything no matter how many times you call. I rarely got past the receptionist. They didn't return any of my calls and they exceeded the amount of time they legally have to return a deposit. The one guy that works there lacks empathy, he doesn't care about the clients his only concern is his job and pay check. In fact none of them care about the tenants.
