Reported a defective ipod/sirius adapter twice for my wife(see letter below sent 6/6/11) and received email promising to respond within 48 hrs. Have not received any manner of correspondence since. Now I may cancel my satellite radio account unless I purchase a new radio. If I do, it Won't be a Rosen. I really would have preferred an exchange for a one that works. Very frustrating attempting to correspond with a machine.
Dear Sir/Madam,
Since I purchased my 2008 RAV4, the Rosen radio has not given me the opportunity to enjoy the use of my Sirius radio. The signal has been intermittent. Sirius radio sent me a replacement. The technician discovered that the radio works perfectly. However, the ipod/sirius adapter connection is defective and he demonstrated it. After 2 1/2 months of inconsistent satellite radio, I would appreciate a replacement part so I have a fully operational Rosen product. Thanking you for your assistance in advance.
