In October 2010, my wife and I leased a SIGNTRONIX 40SX sign for our retail business in Mt. Juliet, TN. We signed a (36 month) lease agreement with Northern Leasing Company. Once the (36 monthly) payments were made, we had the option of purchasing the sign. We really liked the sign because it was very user friendly and you could change the message it displayed as often as you wished. The SIGNTRONIX 40SX sign is a great product with many options for displaying messages.
This past May, we decided to try to sale our retail business because the economy was not good and we were not making any profit. We were not able to sale our business, so we made the decision to shut down the business, effective September 01, 2011. Now that the business was shut down, we had lots of inventory and equipment that we needed to sale. Included in the equipment was the SIGNTRONIX 40SX sign that we were still paying for, even though I had now boxed it up and taken it to my home. So here I was, paying for a sign that I now had no use for. We hoped to sale or transfer the sign over to someone who could use it, but we weren't having any luck at that either. Several people were interested in it, but they were also financially strained.
Around the first part of October, I decided to contact SIGNTRONIX, Inc., to see if they could help us with this. I emailed the president of the company, Mr. Tom Johnson and gave him all the details and told him that we were financially strained and that we needed to either sale or transfer the sign over to someone else. I asked him if he had any suggestions? I didn't know if I would get a response back from him or not. A few days later, I was not only contacted but I received a phone call from Mr. Johnson. I could tell that he was very interested in our concerns and that he was a caring person. Mr. Johnson told me that he would have the Regional Sales Manager for Tennessee to contact me, and that he would have him to work closely with me in the sale/transfer of this sign. Mr. Johnson also told me to keep him updated and to contact him with any other questions that I might have. A day or two later, I was contacted by the Regional Sales Manager for Tennessee and he was also very professional and courteous. He told me that he would also concentrate on the sale/transfer of this sign by trying to find a customer or customers for it. A couple of weeks went by and neither the Regional Sales Manager or I was able to find any serious customers for this sign. During this time, the Regional Sales Manager and I kept Mr. Johnson updated. Just this past week, around the 1st of November, I received a call from Bill, the Regional Sales Manager, and he told me that SIGNTRONIX, Inc., was going to take the sign off of my hands. Mr. Johnson had contacted Northern Leasing Company and paid for the sign and I received an email confirming this transaction. Just a few days later, I met with Bill and gave him the sign.
The way that SIGNTRONIX, Inc., came to our rescue was like a dream come true. We could not have asked for anything more, in that our prayers were answered.
My wife, and I, highly recommend to anyone needing a sign, to do business with SIGNTRONIX. They have a great product and they care about their customers.
