Purchased 2 Smart Circle Cards for my daughter and girlfriend for Ko Ko Nail and Spa in Chester, NJ.It was a Valentines Day present for a manicure and pedicure. They both go there and the establishment won't honor them because they claim they did not authorize them. Pretty embarraing to me, the establisment and the recipients.
