beware of the promise

Worked with the division here in Atlanta under the name connective in store/gfc global or whatever name they are using. Company is full bunch of immature kids who wouldn't even know about manner ( call you at 10 or even 11 pm at night to just have "chit chat"). Worked there for a while and figure out it is just another mlm type of company with pyramid scheme. Basically you will be rich if you reach the top of the pyramid. However, to get there you have to sacrifice everything you have including your friends and family because management want you to feel that your only friends and families are the one you worked with because they will constantly call you and check on you. And by the way, they will tell you on the interview that you will get paid around 60 perday if you don't get a lead. Problem here is you will always get a lead but conversion is the thing that matter because lead not equals to pay but conversion equals payment from the company. Therefore if you get many leads and none converted you get 0 income because that 60 dollar perday payment only apply if you get 0 lead which is only possible if you're not working!!!! in conclusion avoid this company unless you want to sacrifice everything then there could be light of hope, but even that why join this company? better start your own one... at least you are working for your own company then other's.
