I purchased Direct TV, who used smart circle international as the installer. I was charged $80 for a custom install and forced to pay the installer directly when the Direct TV contract says $29.99 is the max a custom install can charge. The equipment was set up poorly and does not receive a full signal. I have spent 4 weeks calling with no response to my issues. I can not get through to anyone at the 866 number and there is no response to my emails.
