My wife and I filed for Chapter 7 Bankruptcy. Star One Credit Union blocked access to our savings, checking and car loan accounts and our children's savings accounts. They refused to accept payment on car loan from our checking account as was done since about August 2007. Star One Credit Union refused to accept payments on car loan so that they could take the car. They towed our car with automatic transmission drive wheels on the road. The car now needs a new transmission.
We were customers of Star One Credit Union for more than 20 years. We were not late on a car payment until the Star One Credit Union blocked access to all of our accounts. I WOULD RECOMMEND THAT NO ONE DO BUSINESS WITH STAR ONE CREDIT UNION.
