I solicited this company's help at a time when I was practically homeless in November of 2010. I didn't receive any help from them finding a place! I faxed over a request for one place and " they" called me back leaving a message on my phone stating that they would set up an appointment with the landlord for me to see the place( I still have this recording on my phone) I never received a follow up phone call; here it is 3/5/2011 and I have not received my refund, my contract expired 2/16/11 I sent all my documents ( certified mail) and know they got them but I'm getting nothing but the third degree as for my refund.
Here is my suggestion to all posted here and the company reading this, I AM THE WRONG CITY OF LOS ANGELES EMPLOYEE TO MESS WITH! I am going to sue this company for the following, my refund, deformation of character ( you have all my information and could use it fraudulently), my gas , the cost to send the mail certified and the additional 200 dollars I had to come up with for my own place.
