I never violated Swag Bucks' terms of use, so I was surprised to see my account suddenly deactivated after I redeemed points for a gift card. I sent email to find out what's wrong. I received a response from Manager Of User Compliance, which says that I cheat SBTV for points; and that I will receive no more response because this case is closed. I replied to ask her to look into this case again, because I haven't cheated for points in any way. Although there is no response yet, I look forward to resolve this problem. I believe Swag Bucks has a rating of A+ from BBB for a reason :-)

We do not deactivate honest users, only users who are cheating Swagbucks. We would be happy to re-review your case and if you'd like to resubmit a ticket to Swagbucks support (support@swagbucks.com) with the title: Swagbucks TrustLink Response, we can look into this for you immediately.
