Prem Taylor provided me with a poorly made slipcover. Further, Prem Taylor stated I needed a new sofa cushion. Conveniently she sold me a replacement cushion. The cushion she sold me was of vastly inferior quality compared to the original. The original cushion, it turns out, was in perfectly good condition. Once Prem Taylor had my money she would no longer return my phone calls.
