I definitely have to agree with the last consumer. I really wonder about Testspin. They are not the most professional company. They send surveys that I'm almost sure they know you will not qualify for. Also they are not considerate towards the survey takers. By that I mean, they send surveys you don't qualify for but they let you spend an unreasonable amount of time into the survey and then for no apparent reason, you are dropped out of the survey and told that you don't qualify for it. I have taken a few surveys with them that I did qualify for but it is not listed or noted in my account that I took these surveys. How could you, the BBB not question complaints like these. Also if you go to the website www.policesurvey.com, you will see quite a few more complaints such as mine listed there. They need to be put out of business for scamming people.
