Yesterday was an important day - We had our "mod" approved after 3 years of effort including three pre approvals- to denials (making too much income-not making enough income) (bad income to expense ratio) (rental agreements not listed correctly) etc,etc. We owe the success to two men - Will Hewitt (Joseph C. Rosenblit H.R.L.C.) California 949-783-7380 x214, and Justin Corliss of Wells Fargo (Office of the President) - accessed only by our federal congressman. The secret of success, in addition to pure perspiration, was the knowledge to assemble our financial data in a form that meets the lender's secret specifications - not a job for novices!!!
