I had a merchant account with a different company when I called Total-apps. I requested a quote and Total-Apps showed me that "the other guys" were over charging me. Total-Apps saved me money on my merchant account which I really appreciate. Applying for a merchant account is always a pain no matter who you do it with, but these guys seemed like they were really on top of things. I got set up in just a couple days. My first merchant account took me two weeks to get up. Friendly service and cool wireless terminals.
