Just wanted to say what a pleasure it was to work with Ryan and Jeanie during my claim process. They were so understanding and compassionate during this time of great stress for me.
Every detail was handled in such a short amount of time! I must say I did not expect to get such great service for a postal claim.
I would also like to say that the postal service gets a bad rap, but I have had nothing but good experiences and the post office is my preferred carrier!
