This company is associated with Dogwish Foundation and claims to provide service dogs to handicapped people. The president, Bob Taylor, has an elaborate website but he is a scam artist and most likely plagiarized the information on the website. Taylor sold me a dog for my handicapped daughter claiming the dog was a perfect match for her but the dog was scared to death of everything. He was dirty and in ill-health and we now realize he had been abused. We worked with the poor dog for a substantial time, but he was never able to overcome his skittishness and my heartbroken daughter had to return the dog because he was more of a problem than a help. Taylor refuses to return the $6,000 we paid saying the dog was fine and that he considers our money a "donation." Meanwhile, he turned around and sold the same the dog to a family with an autistic child for $10,000 and that family is having the same problems we had, only worse because the dog is in worse shape. Before we got the dog, it had been returned from a prior family and Taylor admitted he hadn't returned that family's money. This is the lowest of the low - taking advantage of people trying to help handicapped children. Also, the company has been suspended by the Franchise Tax Board for not paying taxes. We are in Northern California and tried suing him in Small Claims Court but he evaded service of process and we can't afford to pursue this any further. What Taylor is doing is a crime and he should be punished.
