I just had the worst experience with ultrafragrance.com. Purchased a bottle of Mens Creed/Virgin Island Water for $143.90. It arrived and had almost NO SCENT. Returned it following their 30 day policy for refunds. (Note: Once you order with ultrafragrance.com and receive your confirmation--they have a "different" return policy that shrinks the return window to only 14 days---BEWARE). Six (6) weeks later after I've had to chase them down they call to tell me today that the product was "excessively used" and the secondary packaging was damaged making it unsaleable. Now I packed it myself in bubblewrap, boxed it and sent it insured via USPS. I didn't even have it a week--and it was "unusable" for $143.90--so why would I have used it "excessively"? Their friendly customer solution: Take back the product or they'll destroy it--and no refund or credit or anything. I was stunned. That was their solution after advertising a Return Policy that my return surely fell under in terms of meeting the criteria. What a horrible place to shop. Beware of ultrafragrance.com--they obviously hate keeping customers!
