My complaint will be for the office people at the front desk. I have been a loyal client for a long time, and i have seen nothing but rudeness and disrespect from the people working at the front desk.
When you work at the front desk, your job is to be polite...and caring and to portray the business in a friendly way, i have seen nothing close to that.
I was late at the most 3 minutes for an appointment and i was asked to wait up to 7 hours to be seen next, i asked the lady if i could go out to my car and she said yes. After waiting 2 hours in the office she told me since i went out to my car i would have to reschedule in the next 4 weeks.
She let me sit there for 2 hours! that was more then an inconvenience...i feel like i was being discriminated against because i was a young woman..i have seen several older women that come in that are more then 5 minutes late and never even have to wait.
my advice to west dermatology is change your office staff..get someone who is going to treat everyone with respect.
