Be very careful when leasing a property from this company. We had a horrible experience with them and it's been going on for over a year. As a tenant, we accidentally overpaid one month's rent upon us moving out. The company cashed both checks then denied ever having gotten a hold of the second check (even though we had proof from the bank). After many failed attempts to resolve this with WSV (beware of Adrienne- terribly rude, nasty and incompetent with dealing with a fairly simple issue) we finally went to BBB to help us. WSV finally admitted they cashed the duplicate check but now their excuse changed: this time they said there was a 'balance on the account'. Based on their discrepancies and the fact that they took almost $900 from us, I would be VERY careful when dealing with this company. We'll never get this resolved and we're now out a lot of money. No receipt or detailed explanation of why they took the money was ever sent to us. No one ever called us back and we attempted to reconcile this on more than 5 occasions. BEWARE.
