I was slightly skeptical at first when I received a phone call from a young lady claiming she had attended a timeshare seminar in New York City while on vacation, she also preceded to tell me she was pre approved and had interest in buying my timeshare in Branson, MO. Considering my husband and I had been attempting to sell our timeshare for quite some time now, at least 6 years to no avail, I thought it was almost too good to be true that a pre approved buyer had sought us out to acquire it. After some research and much deliberation we decided what have we got to lose, we've already spent a small fortune with all sorts of advertising companies and in maintenance fees and we never really used it anymore. To our surprise, we received some very simple contractual agreements that our lawyer signed off on and true to their promise within 28 days of receiving of our documents the deed was transferred and 2 days after that we received a certified check for our net total. They really were a god send when we had no idea how we would ever sell this property, which prompted me to write a review here. Great, attentive representatives. I hope this reaches some one in a similar situation.
