I wasn't sure whether to post a testimonial at first but I figured this may help someone out there who's been scammed or had difficulty selling their timeshare in the past. I was referred to this company by my daughter in law, her mother was actually able to sell two of her units through this company. I was at wits end so I figured "What do I have to lose?" I contacted them and after a merry go round of potential buyers, I was finally contacted by a family that seemed sincere and wanted to move forward. After some paperwork and a few weeks, maybe more like 30 days. They did assist me in transferring my title and deed and that same week I received my check via courier service. I am a very skeptical person but if I hadn't gave it one more shot I suppose I'd still have this unit in my possession so thank you very much Asset Property Trader.
