After my husband died 2 years ago I really wasn't motivated to use the Hawaii timeshare we purchased together for our honeymoon for obvious reasons. I had been receiving lots of calls from all sorts of advertising companies wanting x amount of money to sell my unit within x amount of time. I really didn't want to spend any outrageous amount of money to sell my timeshare that I would never see back. I found Asset Property Trader as well as a few other companies on this site and figured I'd give them a call. Out of all the companies I spoke with this company was the only one that didn't want a fee to sell that I'd never see back. I did have to provide them with a refundable amount of my sell that was held in escrow until the sale was completed but I was also able to speak with the person who was buying until the sale was finalized and I received my security deposit back in my check for the sale including the amount I sold my unit for and the maintenance fee that I had paid for this year. All and all it was worth it.
