Quest screwed me too, I didn't received my last few pay checks either. I was just a processor that processed the paperwork. Here are the "real" criminals your are looking for. The owner of the Quest office in Lake Forest is Jeff Mattenly (909)717-1392 who also is owner of J. Mattenly Group, Lake Center Lending and his accomplice Randall McKeown (562)225-1820. I haven't worked for the company in over 5 months and the company was closed in September.
The corporate office is still in buisness and that will be the best bet to try and get your money back. Here is all the info for the corporate office: Quest Finanical Solutions 1800 E. Garry Ave Suite 223, Santa Ana, CA 92705. The licensed owners of this company are Ed Hailey and Josj Hanley (949)225-0635. I tried calling the # myself and there is a recording that states they are not affiliated with the Lake Forest office, but that is a LIE! Lake Forest did not have a licesnce to run the mod company and they used the licensing of the corporate office who allowed the criminal Jeff Mattenly to run the Lake Forest office with no questions asked for a small per file fee.
Thank you very much for this information! I am working with my states attornery. I will pass this information on, as I live in Iowa. I just really want my money back. I hope all the people out there that got ripped off will take action! This is unbelievable that it happened to so many! Thanks again, I hope there's something that can be done for you.
