Symantec's actions are criminal. How many thousands of credit cards do they charge only to refund the money in three to four business days as they told me. Assuming they process 10,000 credit cards a day and 10% object they generate $54,990 a day and hold the money for a couple of days and earn interest on those charges before they refund the money. Let's assume 10% of those who are charged do not even notice the charge. They earn $54,990/day or more than $20Million a year in bogus charges. These clowns need to be fined for their actions so it cost them more to falsely charge credit cards and makes them get authorization prior to billing anyone. I told Jabad in India that I wanted to speak to his American supervisor and my call was dropped when they made the transfer. I am incensed by these crooks and that is why I do not use their products anymore. Also, their products do not work nearly as the free ones that are available on the internet. I think I will short their stock on Monday! Jerks............
